My name is John Chan, and I run Franhill Tech. After receiving my Master's in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology in 1992, I started my career working as an IT analyst at St. Michael's Medical Center in Newark. Since then, I've launched my own consulting company to meet the needs of other businesses in the area. I'm also a husband and father (or "farter" as my daughters say), and a fan of good beer and cute dogs.
I am a Certified Cisco Network Professional (CCNP), which means that I am prepared to handle all your network demands, from routers and switches to VPN and Windows/Linux servers. I take delight in analytical problem solving (read: I can talk to machines) and am capable of working with all levels of an organization from management to end users (read: I can talk to people).
